Objectives

  • Build and identify the characteristics of three-dimensional figures
  • Recognize the name of three-dimensional figures by the number of sides, vertices and edges.
  • Develop geometric logic exercises
  • Identify phenomena in physics, engineering, architecture or other sciences that can be modeled by logical thinking space

STRATEGIES

  • We use the language of geometry, so that children become familiar.
  • Geometry must be included in daily routines.
  • Develop games that require the use of forms, spaces and locations.
  • Ask children to use different materials for the construction of various three-dimensional figures.
  • Encourage children to observe objects, spaces.
